Since day one, pokerace99 has been built with a clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting experience made specifically for Malaysian players. We are not just another gaming platform; we are a growing community of players that expands every day.
Pokerace99 started from one simple but meaningful idea — to give Malaysian players access to an online betting platform that is truly trustworthy, easy to use and delivers an experience on par with world-class physical casinos.
We understand that many Malaysian players have been let down by other platforms — slow withdrawals, unresponsive customer service, or games that seem unfair. That's why pokerace99 was built from the ground up with three priorities in mind: security, fairness and convenience.
Today, pokerace99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognized online betting platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country — from Kuala Lumpur to Sabah and Sarawak. We continue to invest in the latest technology, expand our game selection, and improve our withdrawal system so every member gets the best experience each time they log in.
Our team consists of experienced professionals in the gaming industry, information technology, cybersecurity and customer service. Every decision we make — from selecting game providers to designing our mobile app interface — is made with our members' best interests and satisfaction in mind.
Pokerace99 launched in beta with a focus on Live Casino and a curated selection of slot games. The initial response from Malaysian players was very encouraging.
Sports Betting and Fish Shooting Games sections introduced, completing the pokerace99 gaming ecosystem to cater to a wider range of player preferences.
Android and iOS apps launched, giving players access to pokerace99 anytime from their smartphones with a fully optimized experience.
A tiered VIP program was introduced and pokerace99 celebrated the milestone of 100,000 registered members with a major promotional campaign.
Pokerace99 now has over 500,000 active members. The platform has been upgraded with the latest Live Casino streaming technology and a faster automatic withdrawal system.
Six reasons why hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players choose pokerace99 as their go-to platform
Every transaction and personal data you hold is protected with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Our multi-layer security system monitors any suspicious activity 24 hours a day to keep your account safe at all times.
All slot games and electronic table games at pokerace99 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by international testing bodies. For Live Casino, outcomes depend entirely on the actions of a real dealer in front of a camera.
We understand that players want to enjoy their wins right away. The pokerace99 automated withdrawal system processes requests in under 5 minutes via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay — among the fastest in the industry.
From Evolution Gaming live baccarat tables to Pragmatic Play progressive jackpot slots, pokerace99 partners with over 12 internationally certified casino software providers. There's a game for every type of player — from beginners to veterans.
The pokerace99 app is purpose-built to deliver a seamless gaming experience on smartphones. Intuitive interface, real-time account sync across devices, and promotional notifications sent straight to your phone — all in one lightweight app.
The pokerace99 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat. Our agents communicate in Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English — ready to assist you with any questions about your account, deposits, withdrawals or technical issues.
At pokerace99, we believe a great platform isn't just about great games — it's also about how we treat every member and how we run our business. These core values aren't just slogans on an office wall; they're the real guide behind everything we do.
We never delay or withhold wins without valid reason. Every withdrawal is processed in accordance with terms that have been transparently set out from the start.
Every platform upgrade, new promotion and game addition is driven by the actual feedback and needs of our members — not short-term profit.
We provide self-control tools such as deposit limits and temporary break options because we care about our members' wellbeing above platform profits.
The online gaming industry never stands still. We invest in the latest technology to keep pokerace99 relevant, fast, and delivering the best experience.
One of the most common questions from new players is — "Can I trust this platform?" We understand that hesitation, because there are many irresponsible platforms out there. That is why pokerace99 actively takes concrete steps to prove our trustworthiness.
Our system uses the same 256-bit SSL encryption employed by major financial institutions. All members' personal and financial data is stored on servers protected by multi-layered firewalls and continuous security monitoring. Every deposit and withdrawal transaction is logged and auditable.
