First-class service awaits you at pokerace99. From higher withdrawal limits and dedicated personal agents to exclusive bonuses unavailable to regular members — our VIP Program is designed to reward our most loyal players.
VIP Program pokerace99 more than just a regular rewards points program. It is a recognition of your loyalty and commitment as a player who contributes to the pokerace99 community. The more actively you play, the greater the value of rewards you earn — and the more exclusive the service you will receive.
Unlike other platforms that offer only cash bonuses as VIP rewards, pokerace99 takes a more comprehensive approach. Our VIP benefits cover the financial side — cashback and bonuses — the service side — personal agents and priority support — and the convenience side — higher withdrawal limits and faster verification.
The pokerace99 VIP program is open to all registered members. You start at Bronze tier automatically and move up based on your wagering activity. No special application or complicated eligibility requirements — just play and let our VIP system handle everything for you.
Each tier brings greater privileges. Upgrade and enjoy more benefits.

Becoming a pokerace99 VIP member means you get more than just a standard betting platform. We understand that players who play frequently and wager at high values deserve better treatment — and that's exactly what we promise every one of our VIP members.
One of the most valued perks for Gold VIP members and above is a dedicated personal VIP agent. Unlike general customer support that handles thousands of queries at once, your personal VIP agent focuses solely on your needs. Reachable via private WhatsApp or Telegram, they're ready to assist with everything from account inquiries to priority withdrawal processing.
Weekly cashback is another highly valued benefit. Every week, a percentage of your net wagering total is credited back to your account with no burdensome rollover requirements. This means even in a less fortunate week, you automatically get a portion of your money back.
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members each get a dedicated personal VIP agent focused entirely on you — reachable directly through an exclusive channel, available 24/7 to handle any matter.
Earn weekly cashback of up to 1.5% calculated on your total net wagers. Credited every Monday with no manual claim needed — deposited automatically straight into your account.
Diamond members can withdraw up to RM 50,000 per day — far higher than the standard account limit. VIP withdrawals are also processed with priority to ensure your funds arrive quickly.
Pokerace99 never forgets your special day. Every VIP member receives an automatic birthday bonus credited directly to your account — the value depends on your current VIP tier.
VIP Gold members and above gain access to exclusive tables unavailable to regular members — including VIP fish shooting tables, VIP Live Casino tables, and high-limit sports wagering tables.
Platinum and Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive pokerace99 events, while Diamond members are also eligible for premium physical gifts delivered directly to your address in Malaysia.
Platinum and Diamond member transactions are processed with the highest priority. Deposits are credited instantly and withdrawals are processed significantly faster than standard accounts.
VIP accounts receive an additional security layer, including enhanced two-factor authentication and proactive account activity monitoring by the pokerace99 security team.
Every time you upgrade to a higher VIP tier, a special upgrade bonus is credited to your account as a reward for reaching that milestone — the higher the tier, the bigger the bonus.
All registered members start at Bronze tier automatically. No fees or special requirements — simply register and you're already part of the pokerace99 VIP ecosystem.
Every deposit you make counts toward your cumulative deposit total. Play across all categories — sports, casino, fish shooting — everything counts toward your VIP progress.
Login to your pokerace99 account and check the "VIP Profile" section to view your current rank, cumulative deposit total, and how much more you need to reach the next tier.
Once you hit the required threshold, your upgrade happens automatically. The upgrade bonus is credited instantly and all new tier benefits activate immediately.
One question new members often ask is: can your VIP tier go down? The answer is yes — VIP tiers at pokerace99 are reviewed every three months based on your wagering activity during that period. If your activity drops significantly, your VIP tier may be adjusted downward at the next review.
That said, this isn't something to worry too much about. The goal of the pokerace99 VIP program is to reward active players, and as long as you keep playing consistently, your VIP tier will remain stable or increase. Your personal VIP agent (for Gold members and above) will also notify you if there's any risk of a tier downgrade so you can take the necessary steps.
